Paintings & Mixed Media
Studio Practice · Materiality, Cultural Symbolism & Visual Narrative
An exploration of layered mark-making, rich texture, and color dynamics across acrylic, pastel, and mixed-media surfaces. Intertwining personal narrative with cultural symbolism, these works deconstruct and reimagine familiar motifs into evocative visual stories. Through deliberate tactile tension and material dialogue, the pieces investigate how collective memory and contemporary identity are held, fragmented, and reshaped within a frame.

Reimagining the Salon
Fine Art Print · Satirical Critique & Anthropomorphic Allegory
A satirical reimagining of François-Auguste Biard’s 1847 work, Four O’Clock at the Salon. Through an integrated workflow of hand-drawing, digital illustration, and compositing, the historical human subjects are replaced with anthropomorphic animal archetypes inspired by J.J. Grandville’s Public and Private Life of Animals (1842). By reframing 19th-century class revolt and institutional social rituals through a modern allegorical lens, the fine art print interrogates spectacle, hierarchy, and cultural gatekeeping within the art establishment.

Add Your Invisible Voice
Interactive Mixed-Media & UV Installation · Memory, Voice & Hidden Narratives
An interactive photo-collage and painting where concealed text surfaces only under ultraviolet light, illuminating the unvoiced realities and collective histories women often carry in silence. By using light as an unveiling mechanism, the piece transforms private vulnerability and social stigma into an act of shared visibility, resilience, and reclamation.
